It was a ‘Super Saturday’ that lived up to the billing as nearly 2,000 people filled the ground in Morrisville in Raleigh, North Carolina to watch what must be the greatest game ever played between USA and Canada in the 174 year cricketing history between the two countries.
The game ebbed and flowed throughout and the partisan home crowd made a sensational atmosphere with both sides clearly enjoying the oldest rivalry in international sport in a game that was played in a great spirit.
Just when it looked like USA had done enough to close out the win, Rizwan Cheema pulled off the near impossible off the final ball to tie the game and send it to a super over. WATCH the full highlights, including the Super Over below.
